Sublease Office Space

Empowered Therapy is looking for clinicians or other practitioners to sublease available space in our downtown Chicago office! We are located at 155 N. Michigan Ave. (right on the corner of Michigan and Randolph) which offers convenient access to public transportation, food and shopping. The office suite is large with a waiting room, 11 fully furnished offices, and a breakroom. Both the waiting room and break room are always stocked with coffee and tea.

The office space is available starting August 1st, 2024. We are looking for someone to sublease anywhere from 1-3 days a week and we have 3-4 offices available. Below are the details on the terms of the sublease.

Requirements

– There is a one month minimum with the opportunity to sublease for up to one year (until August of 2025).
– A minimum or 4 full days per month required
– A minimum of one full day (8 hours) per week which can be broken up into two half-days
– Clinicians or other professionals must have their own business/malpractice insurance

Rates

– Rates go by number of full days per month
– Starting at $400 per month ($100 per full day)
– Discounted rates available for longer term subleases (6 months +)
– Wi-Fi and utilities are included
