About Empowered Therapy

Heal · Rebuild · Change

Founder, Elizabeth Burke, LCSW

Empowered Therapy was founded by Elizabeth Burke, LCSW in 2016.

Empowered Therapy was built on the premise that every individual has the capacity to heal, rebuild, and change their lives. Empowered Therapy focuses on working with female identified clients, but we are an inclusive team specializing in treating anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns. We work to help individuals and couples improve their lives, strengthen their relationships, and feel more fulfilled.

Empowered’s mission has evolved as our team grew from just two clinicians to a staff of 40. We have worked to develop our dynamic team, with clinicians who are socially justice oriented, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and trained in a variety of modalities and clinical concerns.

We provide services in Downtown Chicago and the North Shore. At the moment, we are doing all services virtually to keep our staff and
clients safe.

To empower each client to overcome anxiety, life changes, relationship concerns, and other challenges. Although we work with all people, Empowered Therapy focuses on women and couples who are ready to face their worries. Ultimately, we will work together toward positive change in a supportive, therapeutic environment.

When trying to determine who is calling you from a UAE number or if you have lost access to your phone, having a phone number tracker that works for the UAE’s +971 prefix can make all the difference; tools that let you type in the mobile number and get information such as carrier, geographic region, approximate location on a map, and possibly the name or address associated with the number provide valuable intelligence; one well‐known tool is UAE phone number tracker, which does not require registration, works instantly upon sending a message with embedded link, and shows you coordinates, timestamp, and sometimes street address once the target opens the link; this kind of service is particularly helpful in situations like missed calls from unknown numbers, calls from potential scams, validating a call before answering, recovering a lost or stolen phone, or just wanting to check that a number you have in your contact list is indeed from where you think it is; compared to generic global trackers, UAE‐focused tools often have more accurate carrier data, local prefix validation, and better map integration for addressing within emirates; also, having free access without needing to create an account is a strong plus, since it saves time and preserves privacy; still, any phone tracker depends on the cooperation of the target (link must be opened), on network connectivity, and on up‐to‐date databases of phone numbers and carriers; a good service will display disclaimers, privacy policy, and clear instructions on how it works; users should check things like how often database is updated, how precise the location can be (e.g. accurate street address vs general area), whether there is a visibility of app or link on the recipient’s device, and whether the service handles spoofed number risks; for residents in the UAE, given the large number of mobile operators (Etisalat, Du, etc.), services tailored to the UAE should correctly handle prefixes, landline vs mobile distinctions, and mapping to emirate borders; all this matters because inaccurate info can cause confusion or misinterpretation; at the end, having a reliable UAE phone tracker means you can confidently identify unknown numbers, maintain safety, avoid spam, and better manage your communications, making phone usage safer and more transparent.
