You're not alone

Feeling stuck in the same patterns?

Most couples reach a point where talking turns into the same fight on repeat, or stops happening at all. You can love each other and still feel unheard, or unsure how things got this far. Couples counseling in Chicago gives you both a calm place to slow down and feel understood.

Couples counseling in Chicago: a space for both of you

With a calm, neutral guide in the room, you can both say what you've been holding back and start to hear each other in a new way. The work is about understanding what's happening between you and finding your way back to it.

Does any of this feel familiar?

The same disagreement on repeat, with nothing ever resolved.

Feeling more like roommates or co-parents than partners.

Trust that's been shaken, or a distance that keeps growing.

Couples counseling can help you understand each other and feel close again.

Most clients meet weekly when they're starting out, and sessions generally run about 45 to 50 minutes. As you make progress, you and your therapist can adjust the frequency to fit your needs.
