Grief Support Group
Group therapy for people navigating grief through the holiday season.

Join our virtual Group Therapy for people navigating grief through the holidays.
This group offers a compassionate, supportive space for individuals experiencing grief, especially during the holiday season when emotions can feel overwhelming. Participants have the chance to process these feelings openly, share memories and stories, and connect with others who understand the unique challenges of facing festive gatherings without their loved ones.
Through guided discussions and activities, members will develop practical coping mechanisms to handle triggers and find moments of peace, helping them feel less isolated as they navigate this difficult time. Our goal is to foster a sense of community and resilience, reminding each participant that they are not alone during the holidays.
