My Background

Humanity and the emotions that come with our daily life are what has always fascinated me about how we address the possibilities in front of us. I love working with individuals and couples as they emerge into the next phase of their goals.

Whether it be listening, offering observations, or viewing the situations from different points of view I adore working with my clients on how they can be empowered to take on their life. My approach has always been meeting you where you are at and creating self sustainability with your strengths.

I am originally from St. Louis, Missouri and attended Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH where I earned my BSW followed by my MSW from Northern Kentucky University. Social work has always been the foundation to my career and lifestyle. My previous experience involves working inside the criminal justice system, with businesses to assist them hiring individuals with barriers, respite care for individuals on the autism spectrum, and private practice as an interest that quickly turned into a passion.

Two of my top strengths include social intelligence and humor. I like to combine these by using empathy and a gentle environment where we can work together on how to accomplish your goals.

Ultimately I want to create a space for you to talk about your experiences, look at the needs underneath your behaviors and thoughts, and start to work towards what looks like success for you.
